Speech and Language Pathology Clinical Fellow
Brigid received her Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders in 2013 and Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology in 2016 from Utah State University. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University in 2007. She has experience providing speech therapy in a variety of settings including an elementary school, outpatient clinic, early intervention, and skilled nursing facility, and has worked with a wide range of disorders including receptive-expressive language disorders/delays, articulation and phonological disorders, autism spectrum disorders, social language, complex communication needs and cognitive delays/impairments. She also has experience as a behavior therapist working with children and young adults with autism to increase independent living and social engagement. Brigid is passionate about working closely with clients and their families to target communication goals that are meaningful in daily life. She is licensed as a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow through the State of Oregon.
Outside of work, Brigid enjoys hiking and traveling with her husband and dog, practicing yoga, gardening, seeing live music, and sitting down with a good cup of coffee.
