As a pediatric Occupational Therapist, Deanna has gained vast experience. She has been a provider in residential facilities, schools, hospitals, clinics, home health, outpatient assessment programs, and early childhood education programs. She enjoys working with children with neurological, social-emotional, sensory processing, genetic, and developmental disorders. She has had training in Neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT) for cerebral palsy, DIR-Floortime, The Listening Program and a variety of eating/feeding programs. She worked in Austin, Tx. for 40 years as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. She has been an Adult, Couples, and Child Licensed Professional Counselor for 20 years. She received her degrees from Indiana University Medical School and the Lutheran School of Theology. She studied as a special student at Texas State University in Educational Psychology. Deanna enjoys the outdoors, journaling, water coloring, and learning new ideas. Snorkeling is one of her favorite hobbies!
