New Horizons Wellness Services, LLC is a coordinated care clinic specializing in providing evidenced-based occupational therapy, social skills groups, and psychological services for children, adolescents and adults. We strive to provide comprehensive, collaborative, and quality therapy services for a variety of disorders and needs. We offer individual and group therapy to patients with Autism Spectrum Disorders, brain injuries, developmental delays, Sensory Processing Disorder, tonal deficits, depression, self-esteem issues, anxiety, ADHD/ADD, learning disabilities, academic difficulties, parenting and adoption issues, and social or life transition difficulty.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to help the patients we serve reach their full functional and emotional potential.

In order to meet these goals, our team of experienced and skilled professionals include occupational therapists, a clinical psychologist and practicum and internship students who perform specialized evaluations and develop treatment plans to address each individual’s unique needs. Our treatment programs are family-centered with family members and caregivers involved with goal setting and treatment.

We also offer social skills groups that focus on teaching participants critical skills that they are not picking up in their natural environment. We offer participants the opportunity to learn and practice social skills in a structured yet naturalistic setting.

Our clinic features dedicated therapy spaces designed to support evidence-based interventions across individual and group settings. Each area is structured to facilitate engagement, skill development, and collaborative care in a professional and supportive environment.
