IN HER OWN WORDS
Have you or your child been struggling with the feeling that everyday tasks are harder than they should be?
I help clients understand how their sensory systems impact energy, focus, stress, and behavior. Together, we develop personalized strategies to support regulation throughout the day—at home, school, work, and in the community.
Executive Functioning Support
For individuals struggling with organization, time management, task initiation, and follow-through, I provide concrete tools and systems that make daily responsibilities more manageable and less overwhelming.
Social Dynamics & Self-Advocacy
Beyond just “social skills,” we focus on navigating social nuances in a way that honors the individual’s authentic self. This includes building the confidence to self-advocate—learning how to communicate needs, set boundaries, and ask for specific supports in social, academic, or professional settings.
Handwriting & Written Expression
I support clients in overcoming the barriers to producing written work. This includes addressing the physical mechanics of handwriting, improving legibility and endurance, and implementing “low-tech” and “high-tech” strategies to help thoughts move from the mind to the page more fluidly.
Motor Skill Development
We work on refining both fine and gross motor coordination to improve independence in daily tasks. Whether it’s tool use, bilateral coordination, or motor planning for complex movements, the goal is to build the physical competence and confidence needed for everyday activities.
Skill Building & Accommodations Across Environments
True progress happens when skills translate to the real world. We work on:
● Contextual Application: Practicing transitions and routines that occur in the client’s actual environment.
● Environmental Audits: Determining the specific accommodations needed for school or the workplace to ensure an equitable playing field.
● Systemic Support: Identifying and implementing modifications—such as sensory breaks, ergonomic setups, or extended time—to support long-term success.
Collaborative & Individualized Care
I take a collaborative approach, working closely with clients, families, and when appropriate, schools or other professionals. Every plan is tailored to the individual, with a focus on practical, achievable progress.
You don’t have to keep figuring this out on your own.
I help children, teens, and adults understand how their brain and body work so they can build practical skills, feel more in control, and succeed in the environments that matter most to them.
I take a big-picture approach. Together, we look at what’s really getting in the way whether it’s difficulty with sensory processing, self-regulation, motor skills or executive functions and then create clear, realistic strategies that actually work in daily life.
This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level solutions.
It’s about building skills you can use at home, at school, at work, and in your relationships.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I’m practical, and deeply supportive, and I work best with clients and families who are ready to engage in meaningful, sometimes challenging, change.
When things start to click, everything shifts.
Tasks that once felt overwhelming become manageable.
You begin to understand your needs instead of fighting against them.
You feel more confident advocating for yourself or your child.
There’s more space for success and connection.
I’ve helped many individuals and families move from frustration and burnout to clarity and confidence and I believe that’s possible for you too.

A Practical, Real-Life Approach
My work focuses on identifying the “why” behind challenges and then building strategies that can be used in real-world environments. Therapy is not just about what happens in session—it’s about what carries over into daily life.
